about.

Hide Tower was constructed in the early 1960s on the site of a garden nursery and a row of terraced houses, and when completed, was the tallest residential tower block in London.

The tower was constructed primarily to provide sheltered accommodation for the elderly, and upon its opening, the highest flats in the block were actually the most sought after by residents.

Some of our older residents were born and raised in these houses.

Hide Tower took 90 weeks to build from beginning to end, and is one of the most iconic housing developments in Cities of London and Westminster.
