When you report a repair or arrange an appointment with our team, you will need to let us know if you are self-isolating as a precautionary measure, or have been diagnosed as having Coronavirus.

We may also ask you if you are self-isolating, have symptoms of Coronavirus, or

have been diagnosed with it. This allows us to take steps to keep you, our

staff, and our contractors safe.

Residents who are in isolation and are reporting a repair will experience some delays to our usual service.

We will talk to you about this process and agree on the most appropriate steps to take.
