Westminster City Council offers a Choice Based Lettings bidding scheme via Home Connections for its social housing tenants.

When a property becomes available in Hide Tower, it will be shown on Home Connections, and bidding takes place via Westminster City Council's routes to housing.

 

The properties shown below are for viewing purposes only, so as to give prospective tenants, as well as those looking to buy or rent privately, an idea of the properties within the block. 

 

Most studio flats are similar in layout, but with different views.

 

There are three styles of one-bedroom properties. 

 

Three-bedroom properties rarely come up, but when one does, we will provide an example of this too. 

 

There are no two-bedroom properties within the block.
