Hide Tower Drainage Maintenance

As part of the maintenance programme for Hide Tower, Westminster City Council's contractor, Flow 3 Drains (UK) Ltd, will be starting work to clean and maintain the drainage system to the block.

These works had just begun in early 2020 when Covid 19 arose and subsequently closed all programmes of work that weren't emergencies.

The Chair of Hide Tower Resident Management Board, as well as several of its members and other residents, met on May 31st to discuss the programme of work in more detail.

Once works are to commence, you will receive an update on the plan, outlining which flats on which floors Flow 3 will need access to. There will be notices outside of the lifts with contact details of relevant persons, as well as a polite notice to remind residents to refrain from using any water as the works are being carried out.

While these works are being delivered you may notice some noise coming from the pipework running through your property. We would like to assure you that this is normal, and that you should not be concerned.

Should you notice any issues in your property whilst we are carrying out the maintenance works, please contact us and we will arrange for a member of our site team to come to your property immediately to resolve the issue.

In order to complete the works, it may be necessary to access the stack in your property, and if this is the case, we will contact you in due course to arrange an appointment with you.

If you have any questions, or would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact Flow 3 Drains on 01474 532002, or by email at westminster@flow3drains.co.uk

Alternatively, you can contact Jon Breeze on jbreeze1@westminster.gov.uk

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation during these works, and apologies for any inconvenience these may cause.
