This year's AGM will take place on Wednesday 20th September 2023 at 7pm
in the hall.
For those members who would like to attend via Zoom, please contact the office to provide your email address, and we will send an invite prior to the meeting.
At the meeting members will hear reports on our activities and finances. We will elect board members for the forthcoming year.
If you are interested in becoming a board member and have time to volunteer to attend meetings and training, we would be very happy to receive your nomination.
The forms can be collected from the office.
Nominations for the board should be handed into the office on the ground floor within the next 14 days.
Any resolutions to change the constitution should also to be handed in to the office on the ground floor within the next 14 days.
